To strengthen our team of experts at our client in the fields of electric mobility and battery technology, we are looking for a Test System Technician (m/f/x) for a permanent position at K-tronik.
We look forward to getting to know you in person—and to working together with passion and team spirit on exciting projects and cutting-edge technologies.

Tasks:

- Design, integration, maintenance, and further development of HIL and EOL test systems for validating battery management and embedded systems in the automotive sector
- Development, automation, and execution of test procedures, test plans, and test scripts to ensure functionality, quality, and reliability
- Analysis, calibration, and troubleshooting of test systems, as well as evaluation of test results
- Close collaboration with systems, test, and development engineers to implement test requirements and specifications
- Providing technical support and training to users on the operation and maintenance of test systems
- Continuous optimization of test infrastructure, processes, and automation solutions to increase efficiency and test coverage

Qualifications:

- Completed associate's degree or bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, electronics, automotive engineering, or a related field
- At least two years of professional experience in the development, integration, and maintenance of HIL and EOL test systems for automotive electronics
- Hands-on experience testing embedded systems and electronic components
- Knowledge of communication buses (Ethernet, CAN, LIN, SPI), protocols, and standards (e.g., J1939, UDS), as well as diagnostic tools
- Proficiency in using test and measurement equipment such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, and multimeters
- Solid understanding of circuit design, schematics, and PCB layouts (printed circuit board development)
- Knowledge of test automation and related software tools (e.g., Vector tools, Python) is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving
- Dexterity in handling small electronic components and complex test setups
- High level of self-motivation and a willingness to take responsibility for projects and drive them forward in a practical manner
- Creativity, curiosity, and enthusiasm for innovative electronic solutions in the field of electric mobility
- Team-oriented work style and excellent communication skills in English
