To strengthen our team of experts at our client in the radio and communications industry, we are seeking a Senior Development Engineer R&D VHF/UHF Power Amplifier Modules (m/f/x) for a permanent position at K-tronik.

Tasks:
Define & Design RF power‑amplifier modules covering VHF, and UHF bands that are used in broadcasting and communication applications
Develop amplifier circuits, combiner networks, and supporting RF front‑end components with afocus on efficiency, linearity, and compliance with industry standards
Model & Simulate using industry‑standard tools (e.g., Keysight Advanced Design System, CSTMicrowave Studio, SPICE) to predict performance, thermal behavior, and reliability
Collaborate with electrical and mechanical design teams to ensure seamless integration of RF modules into the overall product architecture
Lead the complete product‑development lifecycle: concept, detailed design, prototype build,experimental characterization, qualification, and PLM activities (requirement management,configuration control, change tracking, and end‑of‑life planning)
Perform "Make‑or‑Buy" analyses, evaluate external solutions, and drive the implementation of cost‑effective, synergistic alternatives
Create Work Packages with realistic time‑ and cost‑estimates; monitor progress and reportstatus to stakeholders
Transfer validated designs to series production, providing documentation, training, and on‑sitesupport for manufacturing teams
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (specialization inRF/Microwave)
Minimum 3 years of hands‑on development of RF power‑amplifier modules forVHF/UHF broadcasting or communication systems
Proficient with Keysight ADS, CST Microwave Studio, and SPICE simulators
Strong knowledge of RF power‑amplifier circuit design, combiner networks, and efficiency‑enhancement techniques
Familiarity with PLM tools and product‑lifecycle processes
Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
Soft Skills: Self‑motivated, result‑oriented, and capable of working both independently and aspart of a multidisciplinary team
