To support our team at a renowned aerospace client, we are seeking a Software Engineer (m/f/d) for Verification and Documentation to join K-tronik in a permanent position as soon as possible. Does this sound interesting? Then we look forward to receiving your application!

Tasks:

- Responsibility for implementing software documentation in accordance with the DO178 standard
- Creation of design and architecture documentation for a DAL-B embedded development project
- Performing necessary verification tasks related to the above-mentioned development
- Managing the results of software developers, high-level/low-level testers, and verifiers
- Verification using the IBM Rational Doors requirements management tool

Qualifications:

- A successfully completed degree in electrical engineering, computer science, aerospace engineering, mechatronics, engineering, or a related field (minimum bachelor’s degree)
- More than 3 years of professional experience in the development of electronic or electrical systems
- In-depth knowledge and practical experience with aviation standards, particularly DO-178
- Knowledge of creating, maintaining, and verifying technical documentation in accordance with DO-178 in English
- Experience with IBM Rational DOORS and Python
- Fluent written and spoken German and English
