To strengthen our team of experts at our client in the defense and aerospace industry, we are looking for a Software Engineer (Angular / TypeScript / C++) for a full-time position at K-tronik.

Tasks:
- Development of high-performance backend and system-level components in C++ with a focus on robust software solutions
- Development of modern frontend applications using Angular and TypeScript for the visualization, configuration, and control of complex systems
- Integration of various systems and services via modern interfaces such as REST APIs, gRPC, WebSockets, TCP/IP, and UDP
- Development and refinement of software architectures for distributed systems and real-time data processing
- Connection and integration of external components via existing APIs and communication interfaces
- Analysis, optimization, and refactoring of existing software components according to clean code and SOLID principles
- Development of unit tests and ensuring high software quality
- Close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams from software development, systems engineering, and technical departments
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, electrical engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in C++ for backend, middleware, or system-level software development
- Very strong proficiency in development with Angular and TypeScript
- Experience with network protocols and interfaces such as TCP/IP, UDP, REST, gRPC, and WebSockets
- Experience with modern software architectures, clean code, and software design principles (SOLID)
- Experience with unit testing and the development of high-quality, maintainable software
- Ideally, experience in real-time, embedded, or safety-critical system environments
