Tasks:

- Management of development activities for electronic devices in aviation, especially during the concept phase
- Definition and coordination of technical requirements and coordination of technical interfaces with customers, partner companies and suppliers
- Technical supervision of employees to ensure technical quality and efficient collaboration
- Creating and checking technical documents and conducting technical reviews in accordance with the RTCA-DO254 development process

Qualifications:

- Successfully completed studies in electrical engineering, aerospace engineering or similar qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the development of complex aeronautical devices or systems
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Independent, structured and autonomous way of working combined with confident use of modern IT and engineering tools
- Strong leadership qualities, strong implementation skills and a confident manner as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to handle conflict situations with confidence
