To support our team at a renowned customer in the aerospace sector, we are looking for a Technical Service Engineer for In-Service Programs (m/f/d) for a permanent position at K-tronik as soon as possible. Does that sound interesting? Then we look forward to receiving your application!

Tasks:

- Technical support for aerospace products in the international service and repair network
- Processing and coordination of technical inquiries regarding fleet operation, repair solutions, modifications and special solutions
- Developing technical solutions for in-service issues in collaboration with design, testing, suppliers and related departments
- Assisting Program Support Management with the clarification of warranty and goodwill cases
- Technical representation at international operator conferences and technical workshops
- Creation and coordination of verification plans for aircraft products
- Support and monitoring of verification activities for ground service equipment
- Participation in 24/7 AOG on-call service to process urgent technical inquiries

Qualifications:

- Successfully completed studies in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering or similar qualification
- Good knowledge of MS Office programs
- Business fluent in English
- Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 20% travel time per year)
- High level of communication and teamwork skills
- On-call duty
