To strengthen our team of experts at our client in the defense industry, we are seeking a Systems Engineer (m/f/d) for ComInt and C-ESM for a permanent position at K-tronik.

Tasks:

- Configuration and system design of ComInt and C-ESM systems in accordance with customer requirements
- Identification of capability gaps in our hardware and software solutions, followed by the specification of work packages for our product roadmap
- Change management during project implementation or for existing customer systems
- Incorporation of existing processes for system configuration and documentation, as well as their ongoing improvement
- Responsibility for the customer system from concept to delivery to the customer
- Exciting and varied tasks in an innovative and significant environment with the opportunity to work abroad

Qualifications:

- A degree in engineering or comparable training with relevant professional experience
- Domain knowledge in the field of government or military signals intelligence is a plus
- Experience as a systems engineer in configuration and change management
- Knowledge of methods for structuring and generalizing system configurations
- Practical experience with systems engineering processes and the design of complex IT systems
- Proficiency with relevant configuration management tools (e.g., Siemens Team Center)
- Basic knowledge of communications and high-frequency technology, as well as experience with related measurement technology
- Excellent self-learning skills and a strong commitment to quality
- Confident communication and documentation in English
- Willingness to travel within Europe (20%) and internationally (5 to 10%)
