To strengthen our team of experts at our customer in the aerospace industry, we are looking for a Project Administrator for Aerospace Programs (m/f/d) in a permanent position at K-tronik. Tasks:

• Moderation of hybrid project meetings (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
• Execution of the PMO role in bids, development programs, series programs and R&T projects
• Monitoring & control of project progress with the involvement of controlling and program management
• Preparation of and participation in financial reviews and budget approvals
• Development of best practice documents for PM methodology and process description and implementation of training courses
• Collaboration in the further development of project management standards

Qualifications:

• Successfully completed studies in the field of business administration, business informatics, industrial engineering or similar
• Knowledge of MS Project, Infor LN, Power BI and JIRA/Confluence is an advantage
• Experience or additional qualification in project management
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• High analytical skills
• Careful and structured way of working
