Tasks:

• Provide technical leadership to the team in the successful implementation of strategic, data-driven and customer-centric marketing campaigns
• Allocate team resources to ensure priorities are met, tasks are completed on time and goals are achieved
• Further optimize the strategic direction and impact of product launches
• Support the narrative-led global planning process to ensure a smooth flow from planning to execution
• Improve content strategy by supporting the refinement of KPIs, goals and targets and strengthening understanding and strategic competence within the team
• Personally manage the implementation of key strategic campaigns (including an ABX campaign and key product launches)
• Contribute to the further development and optimization of style and format guides
• Promoting close collaboration with associated teams (regions, graphics, paid media, etc.)

Skills:

• Bachelor"s or Master"s degree/training in marketing, communication or a related field
• Additional certificates in digital marketing, content strategy or campaign management are an advantage
• 7-10+ years of experience in B2B marketing
• Proven experience in managing multi-channel campaigns (digital, social media, events, product launches)
• Strong strategic mindset with the ability to align content and campaigns with business objectives
• In-depth understanding of marketing metrics, analytics and performance tracking
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  -Highly organized and results-oriented, with excellent project management skills
