Tasks:

• Technical and coordinative management of all test teams
• Planning, coordinating, prioritizing, controlling, monitoring and communicating all test activities
• Risk and cost assessment
• Communicating priorities within the project and test team
• Monitoring and coordinating test resources
• Evaluation of change requests
• Monitoring change and defect management and coordinating retests
• Setting and monitoring metrics
• Documenting test activities and preparing and communicating test results and progress
• Participation in development, customer and escalation meetings
• Escalation of conflicts/problems to management
• Conducting reviews and lessons learned workshops, further development and improvement of processes
• Documenting, monitoring and expanding the test concept and test strategy

Skills:

• Degree in computer science, electrical engineering or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the automotive industry as a tester, test engineer or test manager
• Real-time HIL experience / test automation experience
• Assertiveness, quality awareness and ability to work in a team
• Very good knowledge of German and English (written and spoken)
