Engineer (m/w/x) HF Development Job in Erlangen

Tasks:

• Development of analogue and digital circuits as well as innovative antennas for radar sensor applications
• Creation of circuit diagrams and EMC-compliant circuit board design
• Simulation of circuits to analyse and optimise sensor functionality
• Commissioning and metrological validation of the circuits
• Support in analysing requirements and designing electronic assemblies
• Designing antennas and RF components for radar sensors and carrying out measurements to validate performance
• Mechanical design of radomes and lenses using CAD tools and carrying out field simulations

Skills:

• Completed studies in electrical engineering, information and communication technology or comparable training
• Professional experience in the development of RF components and circuits
• Experience in circuit diagram design with Altium
• Knowledge of the simulation tools LTspice or Keysight ADS
• Knowledge of CAD tools such as Solid Works and Catia V5
• Experience with HF measurement technology
• Fluency in English
• Structured and independent way of working and ability to work in a team
