To support our team at our customer in the aviation sector, we are looking for a Product Support Manager (m/f/x) for a permanent position at K-tronik as soon as possible. Does that sound interesting? Then we look forward to receiving your application!
Tasks:
- Support for national and international customers
- Taking on tasks as Workpackage Manager (m/f/d) in Customer Service responsible for technical support/service
- Development and coordination of support service concepts (systems, devices, test devices) and implementation of training courses
- Maintenance of repair files, documentation and their evaluation
- Preparation of failure statistics and derivation of remedial measures
- Responsible for project/program management after the end of series production
Skills:
- Successfully completed engineering studies (electrical engineering, communications engineering) or comparable professional training
- Professional experience in the development or verification of avionics systems
- Professional experience in technical customer service, supplier management or comparable role
- Knowledge of technical documentation in the aerospace sector
- Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
- Fluency in German and English
- Independent, systematic, analytical and structured way of working as well as a sense of quality and responsibility
- High willingness to learn, curiosity, ability to work in a team, initiative and communication skills
