Tasks:

• Evaluation and refinement of test requirements with design team
• Identification of instrumentation requirements
• Design and documentation of test equipment
• Evaluation of test concepts
• Development and coordination of complex test rigs
• Responsibility for e-motor test benches and powertrain distribution units
• Responsibility for system verification cycle
• Execution of tests with automated tools
• Evaluation of test reports and results
• Creation of error and defect reports
• Discussing the test results with the development team
  

Skills:

• At least 3-5 years of testing experience
• Experience in test and test equipment instrumentation, test execution and data processing
• Experience and knowledge in electrical and communication architectures
• Good understanding of network protocols such as CAN, ARINC, RS422/485, UART, Ethernet
• Good understanding of the basics of mechatronics (sensors, actuators and control systems)
• Fluency in English

Another plus is:

• Good knowledge and experience with electrical machines and drives in the multi-kW range
• Experience in the HV System Integration Lab
• Knowledge of the ARINC 661, ARINC 653, ARINC 664 standards
• Fluent German or other language skills
