To support our team at our customer in the radio and communications industry, we are looking for a Project Management Support (PMO) for a transformation project for a permanent position at K-tronik as soon as possible. Tasks:

• Supporting the project manager in planning and managing the transformation project
• Creating and maintaining the project plan, including milestones and deadlines
• Managing and monitoring the progress of the project, including identifying risks and opportunities
• Supporting communication between stakeholders, including the creation of presentations, reports and status updates
• Coordinating and documenting meetings and workshops
• Supporting the identification and prioritization of change requests
• Supporting the communication of changes to those involved (Change)
• Supporting the implementation of changes (Change)
• Support in communicating results and progress to stakeholders (communication)
• Support in identifying and prioritizing personnel requirements (HR)
• Support in communicating personnel requirements to stakeholders (HR)

Skills:

• Completed studies in one of the relevant fields (e.g. business administration, computer science, business informatics)
• Experience in project management and planning
• Knowledge of project management methods and tools (e.g. Agile, Scrum, MS Project)
• Communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to analyze and solve problems
• Experience in supporting change processes
• Experience in communicating with stakeholders
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (PPT, Excel, Teams)
• Experience with collaboration tools an advantage (Teams, Confluence, Sharepoint)
• Very good knowledge of project management methods and tools
• Ability to create reports and status updates
• Fluency in German and English
