Tasks:

• Supervision of all phases of product development, from brainstorming and conception to qualification and series production
• Assumption of project and result responsibility for the supervised development projects
• Participation in the offer phase and in the definition of system and device requirements in dialog with the customer
• Monitoring technical requirements and ensuring completion on time and within budget
• Coordination with the responsible program managers, customers and development departments from hardware, software and mechanics
• Consideration of technical feasibility and cost aspects, identification of necessary changes and additions according to customer requirements
  

Skills:

• Completed technical studies (mechatronics, mechanical engineering, aviation) or comparable training
• Several years of professional experience in the management of technical development projects
• Good knowledge of project management methods and agile development processes
• Experience in working with customers and in supplier management
• Communicative and customer-oriented way of working
• Fluency in German and English

another plus is:

• Professional experience in the aerospace industry
• Project management certification such as IMPA or comparable
