Project description:
As a Systems Engineer, you will work on the development of electronic systems for aviation, with a focus on defense technology. Your responsibilities will primarily include the design of system architectures, but you will also work in multidisciplinary project teams for hardware and software development.

Tasks:

• Development of system architectures and design solutions for modular avionics products
• Supporting the sales teams for e.g. proposal preparation and marketing campaigns
• Collaboration on various national and international individual projects
• Evaluation of developed design artifacts, layouts and system drafts
• Close cooperation and coordination with internal engineering teams (HW, SW) and external partners

Skills:

• Completed studies in electrical engineering, aerospace engineering or comparable training
• Professional experience in the development of electronic systems for military or avionics applications
• Good knowledge of requirements and systems engineering
• Experience in the definition of system and device architectures and the creation of technical specifications
• Knowledge of systems engineering tools such as DOORS, Rhapsody, Polarion or similar
• Good knowledge of German and English
• Hands-on mentality and team-oriented way of working

another plus is:

• Good knowledge of aviation systems certification (ARP4754, DO-178, DO-254)
• Knowledge of FCAS (Future Combat Air System)
