As an embedded software developer, you will work on the programming of hybrid and electric drive systems. The diverse range of tasks extends from the conception of software requirements to embedded programming as well as testing and commissioning of the systems. Does that sound interesting? Tasks:

• Requirements development for embedded software in the field of hybrid drive systems
• Implementation of low-level and application software
• Support with software architectures as well as testing and integration on the target system
• Commissioning of the systems and subsequent customer application
• Documentation of the work and product specifications
• Improvement of existing products

Skills:

• Completed studies in computer science, electrical engineering or comparable training
• Good programming skills in C/C++ or Embedded C
• Professional experience in microcontroller programming, e.g. firmware, wrappers, bare metal
• Experience in testing, integration and commissioning of embedded software on the target system
• Sound knowledge of software development along the V-model
• Knowledge of RTOS
• Good knowledge of German and English

another plus is:

• Know-how in the field of electric/hybrid drive systems
• Experience in model-based software development
