As a development engineer for HiL systems, you will be responsible for setting up and operating test benches for guided missiles. The diverse range of tasks extends from designing hardware and software requirements to programming and automating test sequences and analyzing the results. Does that sound interesting? Tasks:

• Development, maintenance and operation of real-time HiL test systems
• Implementation and adaptation of the general HW / SW test concept for the supervised test benches
• Ensuring the operational readiness of the systems, e.g. calibration, maintenance, timely repair
• Creation of analysis/evaluation and automation scripts
• Integration of new subsystems into the test environment and independent execution of test campaigns
• Analyzing and tracking system errors and developing conceptual solutions and
• Creation of test protocols, verification documents and reports for coordination with the development departments
  

Skills:

• Completed studies in electrical engineering, computer science or comparable technical training
• Professional experience in the development of HiL test benches, e.g. programming, hardware, maintenance
• Good knowledge of LabView and Python
• Professional experience in the integration and testing of complex electronic and mechatronic systems
• Knowledge of electronics, measurement technology and test instrumentation
• Committed, proactive and team-oriented way of thinking and working
• Fluency in German and English

is another plus:

• Knowledge of Matlab and/or Simulink
• Professional experience in the aerospace or defense industry
