To support our team at a renowned customer in the aerospace industry, we are looking for an Avionic Test Engineer (f/m/x) in Wessling for a permanent position at K-tronik. Does that sound interesting? Then we look forward to receiving your application!

Tasks:

• Design and develop HIL test benches/rigs for the system and sub-system level tests of aircraft
• Integration of HIL test rigs, plant models and real subsystem of aircraft to the closed loop HIL test setup
• Development of system integration test procedures for ATA-23/ATA-31/ATA-34/ATA-42 systems
• Perform the test execution with automated test tools and measurement equipment for verification and validation activities
• Evaluation of test reports and the test results, creation of procedures and documentation
• Creation of Failure Analysis Reports/defect reporting
  

Skills:

• Completed studies in electrical engineering, computer science or comparable
• Professional experience in verification and validation of aircraft ECUs, preferably communication and navigation systems
• Good knowledge in testscripting with Python and Matlab/Simulink
• Experience with HIL test systems and test rig instrumentation, preferably with Speedgoat HiL
• Strong knowledge of Bus modelling, Simulation and HIL development
• Good understanding of network protocols like, CAN, ARINC,RS422/485, UART, Ethernet
• Fluent English skills

• Knowledge of ARINC 429 and/or ARINC 664
• Work experience with avionic safety-standards such as DO-178
