Become part of an international team as a Software Engineer (m/f/x) Test Bench Development and work on exciting topics such as design, development and verification in the aviation industry!

Tasks:

• Design and development of HIL test benches for the verification of avionics systems
• Determination of instrumentation requirements in relation to aircraft, system and subsystem specifications
• Design and development of customized test equipment for data acquisition, measurement, troubleshooting, etc.
• Performing tests with automated test tools and measurement equipment for verification and validation activities
• Evaluation of test reports and test results
• Preparation of failure analysis reports/defect reports

Skills:

• Completed studies in electrical engineering, aerospace engineering or comparable training
• Several years of professional experience with Matlab/Simulink and Labview RT
• Very good knowledge of HiL test systems and integration of electronic control units in HIL frameworks
• Very good knowledge of bus modeling and simulation with Simulink-RT
• Good understanding of network protocols such as CAN, ARINC, RS422/485, UART/SPI, Ethernet
• Familiarity with mechatronic basics of sensors, actuators and control technology
• Goal-oriented, committed working style with analytical problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English

Advantageous are

• Familiarity with Speedgoat or NI HiL systems
• Professional experience in the aerospace industry
• Fluency in German
