System Verification Engineer (m/f/x) Aerospace Job in Lindenberg

Project description:
As a Systems Engineer, you will work on the development of electronic systems for aviation, e.g. landing gear control or flight control systems. Your area of responsibility includes the design as well as the entire verification and validation of safety-critical electronic systems to ensure compliance with aerospace standards.

Tasks:

• Development, verification and support of electronic systems over the entire life cycle
• Requirements management and verification management for system components
• Preparation, execution and documentation of tests
• Creation of test instructions and test reports
• Evaluation, documentation and communication of results
• Coordination and exchange with expert teams in software and electronics development

Skills:

• Completed studies in the field of aerospace engineering, electrical engineering or comparable training
• Professional experience in the development or verification of electronic systems and system components
• Knowledge of common safety standards in aerospace development or similar industries, e.g. automotive
• Experience in using requirements management tools, e.g. IBM DOORS
• Programming skills with Matlab, Python or other programming languages
• Very good knowledge of English
• Interdisciplinary way of working and ability to work in a team

another plus would be:

• Experience with various aviation standards such as ARP4754 / 4761, DO-254, DO-178C or DO-160G
• Good knowledge of model-based system development
• German language skills
