Project description:
As a QA Engineer for Development Tools and Configuration Management you will work on a wide range of tasks in the area of software QA. This includes tool qualification, harmonization of toolchains, administration of configuration management processes as well as active support in project and change management.

Tasks:

• Harmonization of the development toolchains across locations
• Ensure traceability across the entire development toolchain
• Definition and implementation of interfaces between tools
• Assurance and implementation of tool qualification according to ISO 26262
• Contribute to the introduction of configuration management processes and templates
• Participation in project management, e.g. project infrastructures and project initiation

Skills:

• Successfully completed engineering studies
• Professional experience in automotive development, especially software or electronics
• Knowledge of at least one scripting language, e.g. Python or JavaScript
• Hands-on experience with ALM, PLM and/or versioning systems such as Polarion, Teamcenter or SVN
• Knowledge of ISO 26262, especially in the area of tooling and configuration management
• Strong communication skills, structured approach and ability to work under pressure
• Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken

a further plus is

• Knowledge of Automotive SPICE (ASPICE)
• Experience in project management
