Project description:
As a Hardware Verification Engineer you will work on the development of electronic systems for aviation, e.g. landing gear control or flight control system. Your area of responsibility includes the entire verification and validation of safety-critical electronic components to ensure compliance with aerospace standards.

Tasks:

• Development, verification and support of electronic systems over the entire life cycle
• Requirements management and verification of system components
• Preparation, execution and documentation of tests
• Preparation of test instructions and test reports
• Evaluation, documentation and communication of results

Skills:

• Completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, electrical engineering or similar
• Professional experience in the development or verification of electronic systems and system components
• Knowledge of common safety standards in aerospace development or similar industries, e.g. automotive
• Experience in using requirements management tools such as DOORS or similar
• Programming skills with Matlab, Python or other programming or scripting languages
• Very good knowledge of English
• Interdisciplinary approach and ability to work in a team

• Experience with various aviation standards such as ARP4754 / 4761, DO-254, DO-178C or DO- 160G
• Professional experience in system or product development
• German language skills
