Project description:
As a Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the product development and design teams. You will work on defining system and sub-system requirements, align with stakeholders and oversee the functional verification of the products.

Tasks:

• Development of devices and system components for the control and monitoring of aircraft
• Gathering customer requirements and creating the requirements tree
• Definition of requirements for sub-systems and devices as well as creation of requirement specifications
• Specification of internal and external interface definitions
• Functional verification of products and creation of related documentation
• Coordination with software and design teams

Skills:

• Completed studies in electrical engineering, computer science or comparable
• Professional experience in the development of safety-critical avionics systems according to ARP4754, DO-178 and DO-254
• Good knowledge of systems engineering and requirements management
• Experience in the development of complex electronic control devices
• Know-how in the field of avionics systems and flight control
• Experience in performing safety and reliability analyses
• Fluency in English
• Good teamwork and communication skills as well as a high level of initiative

another plus would be:

• In-depth know-how in the area of real-time computing, image processing, high speed digital buses, multicore processors or real-time operating systems
• German language skills
