5G Pre-Integration Engineer (m/f/x) Job in München

To support our team at our customer in the radio and communications industry, we are looking for a 5G Pre-Integration Engineer (m/f/x) for a permanent position at K-tronik as soon as possible. Does this sound interesting? Then we look forward to receiving your application!

Tasks:

• CMX500: Pre-integration of new 5G gNB features with a real UE as part of the SiSu (Signaling Subsystem) pre-integration team
• Rapidly provide feedback and investigate issues in close collaboration with stack and signaling development teams
• Scripting using Python in the CMX XLAPI framework
• Maintaining and extending an automated regression environment based on Jenkins and Git
• Analyzing the results of regression tests with appropriate follow-up on bugs
  
  

Skills:

• University degree in telecommunications/computer science/software engineering
• At least 5 years of experience in the 5G/LTE domain
• Excellent understanding of 5G 3GPP mobile protocols (PHY to application layer).
• Experience in 5G/LTE protocol analysis
• Experience with mobile radio testers (CMW/CMX experience is a plus)
• Basic understanding of RF principles, especially OTA
• Experience writing test scripts (Python experience is a plus)
• Experience with handset testing, automation, and UE protocol analysis (QXDM is a plus)
• Critical and creative thinking to analyze and troubleshoot problems, even if they fall outside the area of expertise
• Personal responsibility and result orientation
• Customer oriented
• Fluent English/German (an advantage) for communication with internal teams
