To support our team at our customer in the aerospace sector, we are looking for an experienced firmware developer (m/f/x) for a permanent position at K-tronik. Does this sound interesting? Then we look forward to receiving your application!


Tasks:

  • Development of low-level software for the aerospace industry
  • Collaboration in new and further development of products
  • Definition of software design and requirements according to applicable norms and standards
  • Support of project work in interdisciplinary development teams
  • Carrying out software reviews for requirements analyses and software designs
  • Definition, programming, commissioning and testing of board support packages

Skills:

  • Successfully completed studies in the field of computer science, electrical engineering, electronics or comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in low-level programming (firmware, drivers, boot code, etc.)
  • Very good programming skills in embedded C
  • Experience with tools and methods of model-based software development
  • Good knowledge in microcontroller programming
  • Experience in software development according to safety standards like DO-178, MIL-STD, ISO26262 or similar
  • Fluent knowledge of English
  • Analytical and structured way of working as well as good team skills

  • Good knowledge of DO-178 and/or DO-331
  • Knowledge of RTOS
  • German language skills
