Project description:
To support our team in Berlin, we are looking for an experienced Python Embedded Software Developer (m/f/x). Here you will be significantly involved in the development of complex software for products/devices in the area of secure communications, air traffic control or avionics.

Tasks:

• You are responsible for software modules in C/C++ for the Linux operating system from specification to implementation, documentation and testing
• You not only develop new code, but also extend existing code. These activities include debugging, bug fixing and refactoring of obsolete code
• You perform code reviews and thus actively support the knowledge exchange in your team and its continuous improvement
• You keep yourself informed about technology trends and proactively contribute ideas to our solutions

Skills:

• You have a successfully completed degree in computer science, electrical engineering, physics or comparable training
• You enjoy embedded software development and want to make a contribution to state-of-the-art software
• You have a great interest in new technologies and can quickly grasp and explain complex topics
• You should enjoy working together with team colleagues and not be afraid to contribute your knowledge
• Ideally, you already have some of the following expertise that piques our interest: C/C++, Python, Rust, GCC, Unix/Linux, BASH, Ethernet, GIT, Jenkins, Docker, UML
• You should have a good command of German and English
