Embedded Software Developer (m/f/x) Job in Berlin

Project description:
To support our team in Berlin, we are looking for an experienced Python Embedded Software Developer (m/f/x). Here you will be significantly involved in the development of complex software for products/devices in the field of secure communication, air traffic control or avionics.

Tasks:

• You are responsible for software modules in C/C++ for the Linux operating system from specification to implementation, documentation and testing
• You will not only develop new code, but also extend existing code. These activities include debugging, bug fixing and refactoring of obsolete code
• You perform code reviews, actively supporting knowledge sharing within your team and its continuous improvement
• You keep up to date with technology trends and proactively contribute ideas to our solutions

Skills:

• You have a successfully completed degree in computer science, electrical engineering, physics or a comparable education
• You enjoy the development of embedded software and want to make a contribution to modern software
• You have a keen interest in new technologies and can grasp and explain complex issues quickly
• You should enjoy working with team colleagues and not be afraid to contribute your knowledge
• Ideally, you already have some of the following skills that pique our interest: C/C++, Python, Rust, GCC, Unix/Linux, BASH, Ethernet, GIT, Jenkins, Docker, UML
• You should have a good command of German and English
