Senior Systems Engineer (m/f/x) Aerospace Job in Augsburg

Project description:
In this role, you will contribute to the design of systems of a novel eVTOL aircraft. You will be taking ownership of multiple aircraft systems throughout every part of the aircraft design, development, entry into service and beyond, working closely with the other engineering departments.

Tasks:

• Define and support the implementation of System Engineering throughout the Engineering departments
• Support the concept design, development and testing strategy of various aircraft systems
• Develop, refine and manage the requirements of these various systems
• Plan and execute the validation and verification of the aircraft systems
• Technical document writing and system modelling
• Support the establishment of the proof of compliance demonstration documentation

Skills:

• Completed studies in the field of Aerospace, System, Electrical Engineering or comparable
• Experience in the design and integration of aeronautical systems and systems engineering according to SAE-ARP4754A
• Experience with development and testing of systems on aircraft level
• Very good knowledge and hands-on experience with relevant aerospace norms and standards (ex. INCOSE, RTCA/DO-178C, DO-160, DO-254, etc.).
• Experience creating and managing system requirements, preferrably with Dassault 3DX Enovia
• Experience with supplier management
• Fluent Englisch skills

a big plus would also be:

• Experience in human-system integration, equipment environmental qualification, aircraft performance and aircraft level systems engineering management
• Experience with 3DExperience suite (Dassault Systems)
• Experience with EASA or FAA regulations and advisory material (FAR/CS 23,25,27,29)
• Fluent German, French or Manadrin skills
