Senior Software Engineer (m/f/x) Job in Erlangen

To support our team at our customer in the medical technology sector, we are looking for a Senior Software Engineer (m/f/x) in a permanent position at K-tronik as soon as possible. Does this sound interesting? Then we look forward to receiving your application!

Tasks:

• You will be a full-stack developer working primarily on web-based front-end technologies and a .NET-based back-end
• Software will be deployed in the Microsoft Azure cloud, with support for hybrid edge scenarios and containerization
• You will contribute to continuously improving our modern cloud software architecture
• You will contribute to the development of clinical prototypes to enhance our AI product portfolio, working closely with our Princeton scientific team and our data science team

Skills:

• You have a university degree in computer science or a related field
• You have several years of experience developing applications in C# and/or good knowledge of more than one modern programming or scripting language (Java, Python, Typescript)
• You have solid experience in microservice application development
• You have experience with cloud-native applications on at least one major cloud provider (preferably GCP, AWS, Azure). Managing applications in Kubernetes is a big plus
• You have hands-on experience with CI/CD infrastructure

• You have experience working in an agile environment
• You have experience working with a globally distributed team
• You are able to communicate effectively (written and verbal) in English and provide high quality visual representations of deliverables
• German language skills are a plus
