System Development Engineer (m/f/x) Aerospace Job in München

Project description:
As a System Engineer you will be responsible for supporting product and safety teams. You will work on the development of a safety and reliability plan, the setup of a dedicated safety tool chain, the definition of safety requirements on aircraft and system level as well as support during architecture definition.

Tasks:

• Contribution within the development of safety critical embedded real time aircraft systems
• Development and validation of system and product requirements
• Decomposition of system requirements into lower level requirements and allocation to component
• Development of the conceptual design and system architecture
• Perform system safety assessment
• Support test bench specification and development and perform system and product verification
• Configuration control and change management of all items produced
• Definition of statement of work for suppliers
• Steering and management of internal technical teams and suppliers
• Coordination and leading of internal and external audits, project reviews and gates

Skills:

• Completed university degree in Electronics- / Systems Engineering or comparable
• Professional experience of at least 2 - 5 years in the area of avionic system or product development
• Good knowledge of applying ARP4754 and APR4761
• Experience in specification, validation and verification of system and product requirements
• Experience in customer and supplier management
• Fluent English skills
• High flexibility, adaptability and team spirit

• Knowledge of software and hardware development according to DO-178 / DO-254
• Practical experience in project management and coordination
• Fluent knowledge of German or French
