Project description:
As Senior Hardware Work Package Leader you will support our team at one of our customers, a renowned aerospace company in Munich. In this role you will be responsible for leading the work package in coordination with the project manager and support the hardware development team in creating or updating a mixed-signal board design.


Tasks:

  • Monitor progress at WPL level and define corrective actions.
  • Organizing and managing resource activities with the project manager
  • Managing team communication and motivating the team with respect to project and client objectives
  • Regular reporting in terms of deliverables, schedule, quality
  • Develop and verify electrical circuits according to internal aerospace development standards (stress analysis, tolerance analysis, design justification)

Skills:

  • Experience in the technical management of projects and/or teams in hardware development
  • Knowledge of work package management methods and tools (MS Project, etc.)
  • High flexibility, communication skills and team spirit
  • Good knowledge of analog and mixed-signal design (e.g. LVDT, frequency sensing, ADC design, digital cores e.g. TMS320, memory design e.g. DDR3, data bus design e.g. RS422, etc.)
  • Knowledge of DO254 process and avionics processes (standards, requirements, traceability, etc.)
  • Experience with schematics and layout tools (e.g. Zuken C8000), as well as verification of analog circuits
  • Fluent knowledge of English

an additional plus would be:

  • Fluent German or French skills
  • Experience in analog circuit design for in-flight equipment
  • Good knowledge in analytical design methods (tolerance analysis, stress analysis) and circuit simulation (e.g. PSpice, etc.)
