Tasks:

• Technical and coordinative management of all test teams
• Planning, coordination, prioritization, control, monitoring and communication of all test activities
• Risk and effort assessment
• Communicating priorities within the project and test team
• Monitoring and coordinating test resources
• Evaluate change requests
• Monitor change and defect management and coordinate retesting
• Set and monitor metrics
• Document test activities and prepare and communicate test results and progress
• Participate in development, customer and escalation meetings
• Escalating conflicts/issues to management
• Conducting reviews and lessons learned workshops, enhancing and improving processes
• Documenting, monitoring and enhancing the test concept and test strategy

Skills:

• Completed studies in the field of computer science, electrical engineering or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the automotive industry as a tester, test engineer or test manager
• Real-time HIL experience / test automation experience
• Assertiveness, quality awareness and ability to work in a team
• Very good knowledge of German and English (spoken/written)
