To support our team at our customer in the field of measurement technology, we are looking for a Software Test Engineer (m/f/x) for a permanent position at K-tronik in Munich. In this role you will be responsible for the conception and extension of firmware tests for oscilloscopes with touch screen.

Tasks:

• Understanding of the measurement application and its implementation in test scenarios
• Integration tests, regression tests, performance tests, GUI tests and stability tests
• Reviews of new firmware features
• Creation of tests for device software based on Windows 10 or Linux
• Extension of the C++ test framework
• Creation of test sequences in the C++ test framework
• Support of the software developer to ensure a stable overall system
  

Skills:

• Successfully completed degree in electrical engineering, with a focus on communications engineering, computer science, physics, or related fields, or other technical education
• Experience with measurement equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers or network analyzers
• Experience in verification and quality assurance of measurement systems
• Programming knowledge C++
• Advanced knowledge in software quality assurance
• Basic knowledge of analog and digital circuit technology
• Basic knowledge of digital signal processing
• Fluent German and advanced English skills
