Project description:
As an expert in system administration and DevOps, you will be involved in setting up a development and deployment environment for software in the field of radio and communications technology.

Tasks:

• You will work on the setup and further development of a globally distributed software engineering environment (with GitLab, Docker, Elastic, Prometheus...)
• You are responsible for the support, setup and optimization of development, staging and production environments
• In addition, you take over the support of the software developers in the above-mentioned areas

Skills:

• You have successfully completed a degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable field of study
• You already have practical experience in the area of DevOps and CI/CD
• You are familiar with tools around development, release and deployment processes, especially GitLab, Elasticsearch and Prometheus
• You have a good understanding of container virtualization with Docker
• Fluent German and English is required
• You have an independent, structured and result-oriented way of working and enjoy working in larger teams
• You are characterized by high communication skills and show an analytical and methodical approach to problem solving
